Starbridge Networks Support

Starbridge Networks provides direct Technical support to employees and representatives of service providers. Starbridge Networks will not provide support, login information or firmware directly to end users. End users must contact their service providers to obtain log-in information to Starbridge Gateways.

DSL modems and gateways are much more than just a customer premise box. They are in fact 50% of the broadband connection. Firmware updates and configuration changes must be carefully monitored to avoid potential issues. Our support policy has the goal to minimize disruptions of the broadband connection.
